Just bought this TV and the screen goes blank for 1 second every 40 mins or so and resets picture settings to very bright. very annoying can it be fixed?

its prob in shop mode go into sevice menu scroll to 12 and do reset
how to access service menu tv in standbt -info-menu-mute-power
