LCD19DVDID-107

Hi Guys,
I have this Technika LCD19DVDID-107. Turn it on powers okay, you can change the channel, but then it starts to feel sluggish.

Then if you leave it on a channel then come back to change it, it wont change not via the panel buttons either.

Any Ideas.
