LG 42PQ3000- no video/audio -flashing d201?

Cornboats:
I changed z -sus (2 shorted fets). No picture -faint sound.

All voltages ok on psu,y-sus and main board.

Wondering about the control board. Theres a flashing D201 on startup- 4 short followed by 1 long.

Anyone know what this signifies. Theres nothing in the service manual.
