I have a LE32C350 LCD tv stuck in standby. The PSU is model number: BN44-00369B that i have the circuit diagram for. I have good power output from this board with 13v and 5v outputs all caps measure good esr.

Any common faults with this unit?? as without a circuit diagram for the main board i'm struggling. Any help will be greatly recieved.
