PHILIPS 26 LCD

 I HAVE A 26PFL5322D 26"LCD. IT DOESN'T START, I PUSH POWER THE BLUE LIGHT TURNS ON THEN GOES OFF AND THE RED LIGHT STARTS BLINKING. DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT'S WRONG?? I WOULD REALLY APPRICIATE YOUR HELP.

if its like mine flashing red constantly at 3hz then its probably in protected mode which prevents the set from starting up, get the service manual if you can and look up the code to read the error buffer which is inputted with a certain number sequence from the remote control, it's could be power suplpy related like mine but
the error code should give you more of a clue.
