ONN XQ-2623 SERVICE MODE

EARLYBIRD:
Hi.We have a ONN XQ-2623 (ASDA special) which has had a faulty power supply (bulging caps).The fault has corrupted the eeprom.Does anyone know how to access service mode. The main AV panel number is B.TR904C. The fault is cured by reducing the contrast in the customer menu but would like to reset the eeprom settings.Hope someone can help. :c017:

Press the `Menu` button
Press and hold the `RECALL` button for more than 5 secs.

see if you get anything ??

RECALL? I cannot see that anywhere, not in the menu system, nor anywhere on the case of the TV.

Do I need to take the back off to locate RECALL?

Recall button may not be designated as "recall", but represented as two semicircular lines with arrowheads

'chasing' each other in a circle.
