SAMSUNG le46c650 how to exit shop mode ????

 I have a le46C650 it has gone into shop mode anyone know how to switch it of have been into service menu and there is shop mode option but no option to switch it off this happened after removing power for a few hours for eletrical alterations when power restored it said shop mode and it was in demo mode as well which i switched of in tools the picture settings revert to original dynamic settings even if set to natural etc after about twenty minutes .Thanks in anticipation

try this put tv into standby,then press ,info,menu,mute,power back on in
service mode scroll down to reset and do a reset

Thanks for reply but no option to reset in that menu found video on you tube to reset later samsungs press EXIT FOR 12 SECONDS option to reset will pop up removes all tuned channel and resets to as new. Regards Rolec

Hi.Are you sure there is not a setting in the customer user menu?

Just remembered in first time installation ,does it not give you two options SHOP or HOME .Two large squares appear on screen for you to choose from.Hope this helps.
