need sourse for MOSFET FDS448 in uk for samsung lcd

I am confused, easily done! The FDS and PDH are different packages, 8 pin smd or TO-252. Either way RS usually have an equivalent.

You probably won't find the device number but you should be able to find an equivalent, you just need to check the specs of any listed

had a look on there keith but cant seem to find any alternatives.
