Vistron DHR 5006 DVD/HDD recorder

I have one of the above machines which does not power up. Does anyone know where I might obtain a service manual?  If not does anyone know the value of R6 on the power supply board?  This component is discoloured and I can't make out the colour coding.  The power supply board  is labelled WLZ DVR500POWER-1.1
