Toshiba 42CV505D S/by Led but no go.

Hi folks,

Had one in today using Power-PE0546 and Main-PE0535. Red S/by lights but no go.

Any common faults ?

(it uses a STR-Z2589 not the usual troublesome STR-W6765)

Later - discovered Q8880(TPC8117) 8 pin control fet on the P/S inverter supply line was a bit crisp as inverter KLS-EE42TKH18 was S/C although the inverter board supply fuse was intact. Inverter from Fleabay and 10 x TPC8117 also F/B from China, so if anyone wants a chip cheapish -
Thinking of trying to mend the inverter for fun, it uses 4 x 1J19AJ Fet drivers - 2 are S/C - can't find any details on line, would be thankful to know if anyone has ideas of alternatives.
