Toshiba 37av502r - on and off problem

I have a 2009 Toshiba 37AV502r- Turns on, works great for 10 minutes then off and tries to restart but no luck. Sometime on for 1-2 minutes. Power supply board? Caps look ok. Any Ideas?  I am thinking power supply board but as it is a non-retunable item I hate to buy it and have same issue.
It lloks like these tv's have a history of this issue. Any guidence would be great. Thanks!

If I remember correctly it's a regulator on the power supply board. Check for dry joints first.

Thanks- I will double-check dry loints. Do you recall which regulator causes issues?
