Sony KDL-26L5000 No power

I have a Sony KDL-26L5000 LCD TV and it won't power up. Just a relay click that's it. No lights at all. I checked the caps in the psu and all seems to ok. There is a 3.3v standy voltage, no others. Any ideas?

have a read, its not the exact model but the fault flow charts are likely to be similar
