PHILIPS 26PF3320/10

 Hi
    Just wondering if someone out there might  be able to identify  an i/c  on the power supply panel  of a Philips  26PF3320/10. The i/c has blown its top off , the only lnumbers left are 3AT .The i/c  is designated as   U115  on the board. I do not have a schematic at present
