Panasonic DMR-EX78 No HDMI Output

Got a DMR-EX78 in at the moment, the HDMI link is dead, the socket is perfect and I've tried using multiple hdmi cables.

I've also tried the factory reset in the user menu. Anyone any ideas?

Have replace a few HDMI pcbs in these, prob failing due to customers plugging / unplugging while their units are on and ESD zapping the board. It's the small narrow board with the HDMI socket attached.
