LOGIK L19digb11 component blown

Hi

Could someoone please help,  I have stripped the tv and a capacitor is cooked, the board numbers are

P8100359AA
TV1901-zc02-01(b)

The silicone cap that has gone is right next to the Inverter transformer above "com 4" plug for the backlight
Any help appreciated

I have found the value of the ceramic cap, if anyone else is having trouble finding the value it is 10pf 3kv
