Alba LCD32880 pic goes off

Alba LCD32880 Pic goes off leaving sound only... all the voltages appear to be up and running, also there appears a LED on the Tcon board that dies at the same time.

Any known stock faults with these? Thanks,

Forget the blue light on the Tcon board.

I may have solved it by replacing C230 & C231 5pF 5KV ceramic discs that couples the HV to the lamps, a lengthy test with the proper parts will reveal the truth.

                good  are sure they needed to be swaped out   nexttime you have a problem try to
                reflow the board first see where that get you first  :33:
