I have this lcd tv from USA(made in Mexico, power 110-120V, AC), tv is working, but no sound, and no colour..I could not get into service mode with all the ways they know(may be is blocked in high security mode).Have anyone the service manual for this tv? You should look into the system menu first.,should be all option set to Auto mode.

Hi try this by pressing these buttons on RC simultaneously in 6 secs PWR - DISP - MENU - MUTE - PWR.

I try this sequence,and many others without results,is blocked in "hotel mode".Anyway,thanks very much for ideas,from Romania ,all the best! :051bye:
