samsung le32b450c4w Blowing 6.3a Fuse Help Please :)

 I have samsung le32b450c4w TV. I have fixed a few tvs before by fault finding, replacing caps and IC's etec.
This one i have just keeps blowing the fuse near the Power Input. (6.3v Quick Blow Ceramic) The Power board reads HANAR02 32" Rev 1.2

Can any of you suggest what to look for or what could be wrong. The fuse blows as soon as any power is applied.

what have you checked on psu?

do you have a variac so you slowly turnupthe voltage feel for hot spots 6.3 a thats a lump of a fuse id be looking for a dead shot on all the psu components if you have an esr meter use that to tack down  the short good luck

Hi,

It's not a good idea to use a variac with modern PSU's. But you must you have a dead short so should be easy to find.
