toshiba 32av615db power fault

Hi All
the tv came to me dead no sign of power.i found the main fuse blown on the psu 715g3368-1 and scorch marks on the rear of the lcd panel where cap c908 450v 150uf had shorted.i replaced the fuse and now have the red standby led which turns to green with toshiba logo lit up when power button pushed but nothing else.there is no 24v or 12v at the psu.any ideas where to start looking.
