Popping and hissing - Bush RF6683VPL (AK49)?

When TV switched on picture OK, but no sound followed by load popping and hissing. If TV switched off and on a few times sounds OK. This needs to be done evertime TV used.
Any suggestions ??

try to check connections first..resoldering  the board may fix this problem
