Hi All
Toshiba 19dl833b ,tv works ok but a problem with standby/on led not working.Tested led and is working.Could it be a psu problem or main board?.

Check D-708,709,712,713 at the output on the PSU for S/C

The set was dead when i got it,found schottky d712 o/c.The set started up ok and is working fine,the led came on at start up,flashing red and then green,tv was turned off and when tv turned on again led does not light but tv is working normally.Psu 17pw05-3.  Any ideas?.
