Panasonic lcd with psu Sanken PSC10301A

fix2003:
TXL32U10BA or TXL32X10BA. The psu/chopper pcb is a Sanken PSC10301A

transistor s/c also found DZ804 and DZ803 nearby shorted, both associated
with a 14 pin SM chip (type unreadable).
need circuit please
