Clarity CTVL37W2HDF power supply shuts down API6LD05

Hello Everyone
I have a Clarity CTVL37W2HDF with a API6LD05 power supply this is also used in Goodmans GTVL32WHDF and a Polaroid TLU-03723
The power supply comes on with all voltages correct and present but seems to be making a squeeling noise and the voltages die after 5 seconds. The standby light remains red throughout.
I have already replaced the ICE3B2065 power supply ic as this was running hot because the heatsink was not in contact with its surface, The set then came on with a picture for a while before deciding to give up.
If anyone can provide any further information or even a working power supply please contact me

Had a quick scout about and the complete psu seems to be available for about £ 30 is it really worth loosin sleep over ? By the time you've pored over schematics and replaced a few bits and bobs on the hope it works your prob cheaper just sticking in a replacement. The most valuable commodity you have is your time stick in a replacement and move on to something that's going to earn you a coin !
