FSP204-2F02 - burnt parts - values please (R61 R62)

Hi,
I've had a tv in with a FSP power supply (I hate them!!!)

This is a FSP204-2F02
Either I'm losing the ability to find schematics or it's not readily available... (it has been a long day though)

It's presenting with no output, upon pulling the plates it was obvious R61 and R62 (in series with each other) are badly burned and O/C

If anyone has a schematic or can check values, it would be greatly appreciated
