ACOUSTIC SOLUTIONS LCD37761F1080P Problem

Hi all.
I have a ACOUSTIC SOLUTIONS LCD37761F1080P i have sound but no picture. when the tv is on the screen lights up and when playing a dvd you can see white flashes but no picture. any idears.
ive added a photo of the parts ive changed which where bulging on top. i would be very greatfull for any help you can give me.

hi steve, might be a good idear to test all those caps in the power supply, if you can esr meter would better, also test the fuse on the tcon board.

Hi Shaun,
Thats one thing i have'nt got is a esr metre. also where will the tcon board be ?

at the top of the tv there will be a lead going from the main board to the top of the tv, the board will be under a metal plate, have you got a meter with capacitance test on it that would be ok, desolder the caps test them out of circuit one by one stick your meter probes a cross the 2 legs to discharge them, then test have fun
