PHILIPS 32pfl7603/d STUCK IN STAND BY

HI GUYS HAVE A 32pfl7603/d N WITH POWER STAT UP PROBLEM SWICH ON CENTER POWER WHITE LED FLASHES THEN POWERS DOWN THEN 6 FLASHES ON STANDBY LEY INDICATING POWER BOARD FAILURE
CHECKED USUAL SUSPECTS ( FAULY CAPS ) NON FOUND.

ANY IDEA'S WOULD BE HELPFUL....REGARDS..BUGGSY :41:

 Hi, if it employs a LG display maybe one of the 2 inverter boards is gone.usually the master board gets defective

 specifically the inverter controller.check the 4 mosfets between drain and source.if they measure s.c. replace

 the board .if the master inverter results good check the slave board.

-unsoldered and check diodes D-630,631,632,633
-resorded joints around regulator on main board
-replaced schottky SR-309
-add resistor (1M) parallel to R-604
-check D04 (BAV70)

Hi please try this press down the"VOL -" button on the TV itself and the MENU button on the remote, both for 5 seconds. And it should turn on let me know how you get on I have to do this with mine
