Toshiba 20w330db dead set

Hi All
Has anyone any info on this model ? The power supply is dead no led on the p/s is 171ps07-2 Jordan has kindly sent me the circuit and i have been checking components on the board with no success.
There is also a problem with the inverter i believe as the customer said he had no picture at first any help much appreciated.

Power board is not 171ps07-2 but is 17ips07-2

I was not looking closely eyes not what they used to be, Lucky for me you were when i posted a request for circuit diagram.
