Samsung LE32M87BD dead flashing led 5 times (Fixed)

Hello Everyone
Today I have a Samsung LE32M87BD it has a flashing led and flashes 5 times then the backlights flash briefly but the tv wont start up or change in any way.
The main ciruit board is a BN41-00899A and if i heat up IC1202 hot the tv will come on with a good picture.
Has anyone had this issue or can anybody supply a cheap working main circuit board

Replace SMD capacitors C-6108 (1uF/50V) on video procesor at top-right corner of the chassis

Hello Jordan,
I changed the capacitor in question C6108 1uf 50v and the tv is now working perfectly once again
so a big thank you for your time and your help to solve this problem for me
