samsung le40r88bd clicking and weired picture

i have a samsung le40r88bd which is clicking and showing weired picture.

i have replaced the capacitors on power board but the tv still just cycles and keeps clicking on and off.

the picture will sometimes come on but its scrambled and i hear a loud buzzing sound from the speakers.

never come across this problem before, anyone any ideas

after resetting the epprom you have to go into sevice mode and select option 8 retune the tv in

i have reset the eprom but cant get into the service menu as the picture is all scrambled.

heres another video i took ( it did not record the sound but the speakers were buzzing same as other video i posted)

you can see how the picture is all scrambled.

the symptoms are

tv clicks and wont always turn on straight away keeps clicking on and off, buzzing from speakers, picture sometimes comes on but scrambled, ( as shown in video above ) when scrambled picture does come on, tv will stop on for about 10 seconds then tv will click and will turn off

and fault repeats.

i'd try and reset the epprom again then go straight in the service  mode select option 8, or you might have to fit a new epprom good luck
