Hi Chris, I may be wrong about the model no but Ive had a couple of 32in samsungs with sound but no pic and it was the 2.5v reg on the t-con panel faulty[sorry no rjf no:] Chs  list an lm1117mp as  a replacement. Hope this helps.

Hi Chris any pictures of fault? Is there an AS15-F IC on T-Con- if so change it....
