Panasonic Euro 4 tv chassis

G.v.t.v:
This Panasonic came in for wont switch on,always goes back to standby!
No! not field ic legs in need of solder, but -14v supply missing.
Found D558 s/c and R559 .0.33 ohm o/c (I used BYV95C as replacement).
Tv now working ok.
