LG RP-29FD16..video problem

hi people.any suggestions with this problem?...the sets power on but plane white raster with retrace line..(sounds is  ok)..after a few seconds the symtoms shifted into sigle horizontal white line(with hum sound)..any suggestions would be appreciated.tia
