LCD TV 20'' Symphonic

I have a lcd 20  Symphonic Flat Screen. The TV quit displaying all images. It will only display the Menu text or channel text. The Menu screen display in a rainbow effect. Green, Red, and Blue. If anyone can give me any insight to what is wrong, it will be greatly appreciated
