look to see if it has the GAMMA correction chip, begining with A51 or AF51, as that could be your cause

hi there is a fault with the screens on this model ,I had one replaced under warrenty off lg ,I think it was to do will smd caps on the screen itself.

Hi, Yep seen the same. Smd caps on screen finger boards.
