Hi guys , tv comes on and you can see the baird logo on the screen . After 10 seconds the tv goes to stand by . During the 10 seconds its on you cant change anything with the remote or manually .Had 2 bulgy caps on p/supply ,changed them but still the same . Any clues ,thanks
