Sharp AQUOS lc32sh130e 7 and 9 blinks of error code

Helo. I'm searching this forum and I can't find anything like mine porblem vith Sharp AQUOS.
It has 7 led blinks error code and after that 9 blinks
In the service manual http://www.scribd.com/doc/19365579/Sharp-AQUOS-LC32404652LE700UN-Service-Manual page 70 there is no 7 error
error 9 is described as "Start-up completion command reception - Time-out setting command reception time-out"

Seems to me like software problem. Does anyone know what it is?

First of all.
Is it a 32SH130E or a 32LE700 tv as the link is going to ?
SH130E is a cheap set with Vestel mainboard 17MB60 and ccfl tubes,
but LE700 is a real Sharp with Led backlight.
Let us know.

Yes you a right. It is AQUOS LC32sh130e and I've look at wrong service manual.
Anyway does anybody have service manual for this LCD and if someone already have a clue what is going wrong.

There is no service codes in the manual.
The only thing mention about blinking led is that it
could be a short in the Vcc voltage.

I will try to send you the manual.
