sharp lc-32d44e-bk

hi chaps had a sharp lc32d44e-bk with lamp error, brigded c7558 reset lamps removed brigde tuned freeview in picture ok, but keeps saying database empty  when you switch tv off, you have to retune tv again any idea's guys thanks for your time

Kilroys:
Did you have problem with DTV before lamp error?
After the lamp reset did you do a Factory init ?
page 2/1 in the service menu.
If it doesnt help then you got a software problem.

hi kilroys no, just found out when the chap was turning the tv off at the socket, told him to turn it off using the switch, tv seems to be ok now, thanks for interest
