Technika 32/DVD player

Hi all I have a technika 32 inc LCD tv which has developed a fault,it will switch on once but after a second attempt will not,no standby light nothing.
The board inside is a MLT666T I can not see any visible bad caps,could I have help please,I do have a multimeter so any help would be good for a beginner.
