Baird JO47 MLT199tl power supply value of Z5

EARLYBIRD:
Hello.We have a faulty power panel MLT199TL (MEGMEET). The surface mounted zener diode Z5 is leaky,does anyone know the value the only marking on the devise is Y8 then the number 7 laid sidewards ,does this mean 7 volts? This is the second time we have had this fault but managed last time to take the  component off a old faulty panel .The tv is a Baird JO47 .Any  help out there.Thanks Earlybird
