Philips LED TV 40PFL5507, no back light.

 IN Philips LED TV Model No 40PFL5507H/12 , fault is no back light. So no display on panel, sound is OK. Supply to back light is not generated, this section is included in power supply board. IC no 27CSZ5T is used to produce PWM pulses to drive FETs that generate supply to  back light LEDs.
 Can anybody help? Please upload service manual of this model. :sign0085:

If its the set I'm thinking of its always one of the two inverter transformers.

Dear Clark97,
 In order to clarify more, attached two photographs. Can you tell me which TX could have become faulty? I have checked on CRO that INV IC is not outputting driving pulses to driver transformer in spite of INV ON & DIMMER voltages are present.
