Bush S642F
« on: October 23, 2013,09:29:48 »
Hi guys just wondering if there is anyone on here that can help me with this problem.
I am looking at a Bush S642F Television it comes on ok, but after about 10 – 15 minutes the picture goes off, sound stays on back light is lit, but no picture. If I switch off and back on again the picture will be there but goes off again within minutes.
If I take out the scart plug when picture has gone off and plug scart back in the picture will come back on but only for a minute or 2 any help at all would be appreciated Thanks

I have checked for dry joints and fixed 3 on psu board but it is still the same picture goes off

Hi Shaun thank you for your help but do I spray transistor with freeze while tv is powered on or off? also if it is the tcon board is it possible to replace the transistor. Could the lcd panel also be faulty?
