Toshiba 32WLT68 remote, "call" button

Downloaded the service manual for this set, the manual says to hold call button on remote, anyone no which button that is.

Not a term used much these days, but possibly refers to "calling up the OSD" i.e. the INFO button [i ] or
[i +] . Give it a whirl and see what happens.
