Bush lcds20tv007

Hi guys,
This Bush lcds20tv007 came in for a replacement DC socket - with socket replaced screen will power up but there is no pic and is stuck on CH3, manual controls have no effect, cant put back into standby thu set will go to sleep after some time,

any thoughts or suggestions?

It could be a faulty eeprom.  Try checking the clk/data. Sounds like a fault I had a few months ago.

Hi Steph,
Thanks for your input,

On further investigation Ive found that the set will start up ok sometimes, maybe temp related? (waiting for new can of freezer to turn up)
and it does seem to be a data line fault as I get a very short burst of data at power on then nothing when it is in fault condition and steady clean data pulses when the set decides to work,

Is the eprom is standard & available?

Not sure where you can get one from. I might have a spare one, let me know the number of the memory ic and i'll see what I can do
