samsung LE37R88BD lines

Simisker:
fixing this tv for my mate, had to change the av board as i damaged the old 1 by removing 2 smd capacitors. but now all im getting is this:

Check flat cable on T-con bord to panel

nah, its nothing to do with cables or t-con, got a LE37R87BD aswell and got the same problem
