Veste 17MB60-3

Hi everybody! I got a little problem with a wonderful tv ...17mb60-3 vestel chasis but on the badge is called ISIS. rubbis . My problem is that once plugged in the white LED is flashing and nothing ales. I have checked all the voltages from PSU all ok, i have replaced the smd Transistors that r dealing with the protecttion, checked the rezistors, even replaced the 22uF capacitor that someone was talking about ...tv still ded.
The inverter is ok as is tested , but.... what ales can be dodgy in this rubbish tv??????
Im running out of idears and if i can't find a solutionil just sell it on Ebay ..

Hi Folks,

Got one too - Alba LED1691HD that doesn't fire up either, with the 17MB60-3 board.

Vestel is great - at least we get some shematics  - Chris.
