samsung 32'' lcd le32r87bd

Hi guys 'ive got this 32''samsung lcd  about year ago the eprom chip failed so i replaced it  and bingo worked fine up untill recently ''seem to recieve blank grey screen with  no channels and not working then no screen flashing  led ' so I replaced' another eprom chip,  and switched on and nothing happend  but the led does not flash now and niether does it start up .
I've inspected the power board capasitors have no bulges mishapes appear /anyone got any ideas problems thx your time....Jon :c017:
