Sony KDL46V and KDL37V5810 no backlight or sund

Hi everyone, have these two Sonys with the same problem. If mains is re-applied they will come on in 'sleep' mode [only 3.3v output for sleep function]. When the on /off button on the tv is pressed all volts come on in psu and green led lghts. Remote will switch from 'on' to 'standby' and back again ok. When on/off button on tv is prssed led goes out but all psu volts remain on. Have replaced 24c32wp eeprom and chaecked all fuses on main av panel but all seem ok. Anyone had this problem?    :sign0085:

you'll find this is the same problem.

Unfortunately rebel mc didn't solve the problem and it seems the solution with memory sticks and formatting in a Sony camera seems to be a real pain for no guarantee of success. :dubbio:

Have bitten the bullet and ordered a panel from Emos, removed from tv with same model number so should be straight swap
