hi fella's had this one in yesterday it's baird x37dtv going to standby, found c67 and c39 bluged replaced them, now tv comes on but picture is strobbing 12v line is low bouncing around at 8.25v found c64 c66 low replace still
doing the same any info would be great thanks for your time
