Hi folks,

Have one in for no go and found Q1 cremated. Think it's a SM power switching FET - anyone with a schematic ?

Later - Found schematic - attach piccy Q1 (FDC604P) circuit   -   Now to try find some  -

(FDC638P equiv. @ £1.98 inc post - Fleabay)

Now fitted - OK, but a bit like trying solder a wandering flea - much the same size, and it jumps.
