happy new year fella's, does anyone know how to access the service menu on this tv it's lg-42ld450 the fella just had a new  aerial fitted and can't get freeview channels just done factory reset but no good, i've tried menu on the remote menu on the tv and, ok on the remote and ok on the tv but no good thanks for your time

hi jordon thanks for the info, the tv will tune should get to about 39% then you see some channels coming in this tv does work with a freeview box connected just not on the tv, thanks
